Bio

Dr. Vakhshori is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. She completed her fellowship training in hand and upper extremity at New York University Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Prior to fellowship training, she completed residency training at the University of Southern California, which included one year dedicated to basic science research. In her free time, Dr. Vakhshori enjoys yoga, crocheting, and spending time with her family and dog.

Clinical Interest : Fractures of the fingers, hand, and wrist, nerve compression, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, hand joint replacement, tendon repair, nerve repair, Dupuytren's disease, Kienbock's disease, hand tumors, hand infections, fracture nonunion and malunion, wrist arthroscopy, microvascular surgery, amputation care, targeted muscle reinnervation
