If you or your loved one is living with memory loss, our Memory Care Program is your source for memory care resources. We are here to ease your journey through diagnosis and bring comfort to each of our patients. Our clinic provides diagnosis of memory disorders as well as a comprehensive evaluation of memory and related cognitive function.
Through education and connection to resources, we provide each patient with extensive guidance for further memory care and support. You can trust that our team will serve you or your loved one with both dignity and respect.
Our comprehensive evaluations include gathering a patient’s medical history, performing an exam, diagnostic testing and a look into the daily life and activities of the patient. Additionally, our evaluations include a personal consultation with a top physician that specializes in diagnosing cognitive disorders, individualized care, and community support recommendations.
We offer patients suffering from memory loss the opportunity to participate in clinical research that helps us identify new treatments and improve outcomes for our patients. Participation is strictly confidential and is not linked to the course of care provided through the Memory Care Program.
Patient parking is available outside of the Park Place East building in a surface level lot.
Our multidisciplinary care team provides services that go beyond the initial diagnosis. In meeting with both patients and caregivers, we ensure that each patient is equipped to deal with the everyday realities of coping with memory loss.
