About Me and Care Philosophy : Tayler Lenzen, MSN, CNP, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner who provides holistic care to patients of all ages. Tayler strives to deliver care that is personalized and patient centered as she believes every person is unique. She is currently seeing patients at the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center and the University of Minnesota Physicians Nurse Practitioners Clinic. Tayler's clinical interests include preventative care, community health, adolescent and young adult health, and reproductive and sexual health.
