Bio
Peter Gordon, MD, is a pediatric hematologist and oncologist who cares for children with acute lymphblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia and lymphoma. He sees patients at University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital Pediatric Specialty Care Journey Clinic. His research interests focus on improving understanding of leukemia development, specifically using pediatric bone marrow failure syndromes as model systems for investigating how cooperativity amongst oncogenes leads to leukemia development. Dr. Gordon is also an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics and a faculty member in the Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
