Michael Bloomquist PhD LP

Dr. Bloomquist is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota where he has accumulated extensive experience as a service provider, supervisor, and researcher in children's mental health. In addition, Dr. Bloomquist is concurrently the Director of Clinical Development and Research at Praestan Health where he leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based programming for youth, families, and adults and directs a psychology post-doctoral fellowship. Dr. Bloomquist has published peer-reviewed journal articles and several books about youth mental health, effective intervention methods, and evidence-based practice.
