Kristina Reigstad PsyD LP

Kristina Reigstad, PsyD, LP, is a licensed psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy and psychological assessment to children, adolescents and adults, as well as psychotherapy to parents with their own mental health concerns and parents of children experiencing mental illness.  She sees patients at University of Minnesota Physicians Behavioral Health Clinic for Families and M Health Fairview Psychiatry Clinic. Dr. Reigstad’s research interests include the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions for adolescent depression, maternal mental health and maternal depression, and positive parenting practices. She is also and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
