Bio

Kimara Gustafson, MD, MPH, is a pediatrician who treats children in need of emergency medicine and adoption medicine care. Dr. Gustafson sees her patients at University of Minnesota Health Pediatric Specialty Care Discovery Clinic and University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include adoption medicine, fetal exposure medicine, foster care medicine, pediatric acute care and pediatric emergency medicine. Dr. Gustafson is also academically interested in research, and co-authored a publication surrounding vitamin D deficiency in international adoptees. In addition, she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Adoption Medicine Clinic at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
