About Me and Care philosophy : When I am not practicing Family Medicine, I take every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, either on a bike, on the water, or hiking or jogging on a trail. As many of us spend a lot of time sitting or in front of a screen, I try to encourage everyone to get out and be active, as much as possible.
