Bio

Jerry Molitor, MD, PhD, is a rheumatologist who treats adult patients with arthritis, scleroderma and systemic sclerosis. He sees patients at University of Minnesota Health Maple Grove Clinics and the Clinics and Surgery Center. His translational research focuses on understanding the interplay between impaired immune responses to infections and associated autoimmunity and his current studies examine this phenomenon in individuals with periodontal disease and the development of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Dr. Molitor is also an associate professor of medicine in the Division of Rheumatic and Autoimmune Diseases at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
