Jacob Hutchins MD

Jacob Hutchins, MD, MHA, is an anesthesiologist who specializes in cardiothoracic anesthesia. He primarily practices at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center - Minneapolis. Dr. Hutchins developed the Perioperative and Interventional Pain Service, which operates at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and its Masonic Children’s Hospital. Hutchins is an associate professor at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine’s Department of Anesthesiology, where he does research in decreasing pain after surgery, regional anesthesia, truncal blocks, and catheters.
