Elizabeth Seaquist MD

Elizabeth Seaquist, MD, is an endocrinologist who treats adult patients Type 1 and 2 Diabetes Mellitus. She specializes in cardiovascular risk and the effects of diabetes on brain metabolism, structure and function. She sees patients at University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center Endocrine Clinic. Her research interests center around the impact of diabetes on cerebral structure and function and hypoglycemia in diabetes. Dr. Seaquist is also a professor and Nesbitt Chair of the University of Minnesota Medical School's Department of Medicine.
