Demetri Yannopoulos MD

Demetri Yannopoulos, MD, is a cardiologist who cares for adult patients in need of interventional cardiology and general heart care. Dr. Yannopoulos sees his patients at University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center, University of Minnesota Medical Center East Bank Hospital and University of Minnesota Health Heart Care in Fridley. His clinical interests include emergent cardiac care, coronary-artery disease, and congenital and peripheral intervention. Dr. Yannopoulos is also academically interested in research and has authored multiple publications. In addition, he is a Professor of Medicine in the Cardiovascular Division at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
