David Smith DO

David Smith, DO, is a sports medicine physician who treats patients in need of primary care and sports medicine. Dr. Smith sees his patients at M Health Fairview Clinics and Specialty Center - Maple Grove and M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center - Minneapolis. His clinical interests include orthopedics, obesity, diagnostic and interventional ultrasound and sports concussions. Dr. Smith is also academically interested in research surrounding biologic and regenerative medicine, diagnostic and interventional ultrasound and infectious disease in athletes. In addition, Dr. Smith is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
