Christopher Moertel MD

Christopher Moertel, MD, is a neuro-oncologist who cares for pediatric patients with cancer and blood disorders. Dr. Moertel sees his patients at multiple locations including University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center and University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. His clinical interests include pediatric neuro-oncology, rare pediatric tumors, neurofibromatosis-associated neoplasia and therapy of children with brain and spinal cord tumors. Dr. Moertel is also academically interested in research and has authored multiple publications. In addition, he is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
