Christine Danner PhD LP

Christine Danner, PhD, LP, is a psychologist whose clinical activities and expertise include providing integrated behavioral health services in the primary care setting, chronic pain management, childhood obesity prevention, refugee mental health, and teaching family medicine residents about patient-centered communication skills and motivational interviewing. Dr. Danner is an Assistant Professor in the University of Minnesota Medical School Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. She is also director of behavioral health for the St. Joseph’s Hospital Family Medicine Residency. Her current research interests include refugee physical and mental health, chronic pain management and medical cannabis.
