Carol Soutor MD

Carol Soutor, MD, is a dermatologist who treats adult patients in need of skin care. Dr. Soutor sees her patients at the Minneapolis Veterans Hospital. She is academically interested in teaching medical students and primary care residents and clinicians. In addition, Dr. Soutor is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
