I specialize in the care of infants, children and adults with congenital heart disease with heart rhythm disorders.  The patient and family are integral in decision making and I ensure that all parties fully understand the options for therapy which include both medical and interventional treatments.  The care of patients with heart rhythm disorders is constantly evolving and requires a care team that understands all current therapies and is an active participant in cutting edge research.  My primary research focus is minimally invasive techniques for device implantation in children and adults with congenital heart disease.  Additionally I have worked on the development of tools to improve the safety profile of catheter ablation.
