In its ninth annual edition of “Top Doctors: Rising Stars,” Mpls.St.Paul Magazine has named 120 University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) doctors among those in Minnesota who have transformed health and patient care in their first decade as physicians.
Over one in four of the 444 doctors included in the 2023 edition practice with M Physicians, the most of any practice included in the list.
Physicians honored each year are nominated by their peers and are then chosen following a thorough review process. The review by an expert panel takes into account professional achievements and other factors.
“These remarkable physicians represent the future of medicine for Minnesota,” said Bevan Yueh, MD, MPH, CEO of M Physicians and Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs at the University of Minnesota Medical School. “This is a talented and devoted group who cares deeply for our communities. It’s evident within their clinical care, research and discovery to bring better medicine to each and every patient they see."
