Drs. Ranjit John and Sophia Yohe Recognized at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center Staff Awards

On Thursday, Feb. 11, two M Physicians providers– Drs. Ranjit John and Sophia Yohe– were honored at the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC) Staff Awards.

These awards, which are given away each year, aim to highlight the exemplary work of the medical staff at UMMC.

Dr. John, M Physicians cardiovascular surgeon, was awarded in the Clinical Care award category, whereas Dr. Yohe, M Physicians hematopathologist and molecular genetic pathologist, was honored as the Clinical Research and Innovation award winner.

In addition to Drs. John and Yohe, two Fairview Health Services employees were honored as well. Whitney Guzik, PA C, received the award in the Advanced Practice Provider Excellence category, and Joseph Novik, MD, was honored as the Clinical Education category winner. 

Each award category focused on four main measures of success, including Experience, Excellence, Engagement and Efficiency.
