UCare held its 12th annual – and first virtual – “A Salute to Excellence!” event Thursday evening, October 1, to recognize 21 clinics and care systems with top results in 2019 Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures – including preventive care, disease management, behavioral health, maternity care, care transitions and medication management.
University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) was honored for improving the health of UCare members enrolled in Medicare plans. This year’s A Salute to Excellence! was hosted online, with more than 70 healthcare clinicians and staff in attendance.
