Mind-Body Training Sessions support the development or fine-tuning of personal mind-body skills by accommodating your particular physical, mental, and emotional conditions and are tailored around your intention. This is an ongoing event each Thursday, beginning May 7 and running through July 30.

Meet Your Care Provider

Debbie Cohen is the M Health Fairview and M Physicians Mind-Body and Positive Psychology trainer for the Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness Program. She has been teaching yoga for 24 years, is a registered hatha yoga teacher trainer and has taught Positive Psychology at Harvard University and Kripalu Yoga Center. 

 

Scheduling

Training sessions can be scheduled on Wednesdays at either 10:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. and are 50 minutes in length. To schedule an appointment, please, call 612-273-9827

 

What to Know Before Your Session

Sessions are $75 per session and they are not covered by insurance. A completed patient information form is required 48 hours before the first session. Payment can be made by calling 612-273-9827.
