The University of Minnesota’s Department of Surgery hosts an annual symposium to highlight critical information about cutting-edge medical devices and therapies that surgeons and health care professionals need to stay up to date in their specialty.

Each year we assemble a program of noted clinical experts and key industry professionals to discuss the chosen medical device and/or therapy. Additionally, participants can register for CME credits.

Audience:
This course is ideal for Cardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Surgical Residents and Fellows, Physician Assistants, other health professionals, as well as medical device developers, interested in increasing their knowledge of cardiac devices and the innovation process from theory to approved clinical device.
