Medical, physical therapy and a variety of x-ray guided and ultrasound-guided interventional pain management options are offered. These may include epidural steroid injections, joint injections, selective nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation techniques. In carefully selected patients, neuromodulation options with spinal cord stimulator trials and implants may be discussed in your visit. Intrathecal drug delivery system (pump) trial and the implant may also be an option in some patients.
