Stephanie Swanson, PharmD, BCACP, is a clinical pharmacist that strives to holistically support each patient in reaching their health goals. Dr. Swanson collaborates with the primary care team through a focus on optimizing medications, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Dr. Swanson is also an instructor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, teaching future pharmacists how to provide exceptional patient care.
