Mind-Body Training Sessions support the development or fine-tuning of personal mind-body skills by accommodating your particular physical, mental, and emotional conditions and are tailored around your intention. This is an ongoing event each Thursday, beginning September 10 and running through December 17.

Meet Your Care Provider
Debbie Cohen is the M Health Fairview and M Physicians Mind-Body and Positive Psychology trainer for the Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness Program. She has been teaching yoga for 24 years, is a registered hatha yoga teacher trainer and has taught Positive Psychology at Harvard University and Kripalu Yoga Center.
Scheduling
Training sessions can be scheduled on Wednesdays at either 10:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. and are 50 minutes in length. To schedule an appointment, please, call 612-273-9827
What to Know Before Your Session
Sessions are $75 per session and they are not covered by insurance. A completed patient information form is required 48 hours before the first session. Payment can be made by calling 612-273-9827.
